Julia Bene

Julia is a Realtor with Bolte Real Estate and enjoys working equally with sellers as well as buyers. She is an excellent listener, and very knowledgeable in helping the client understand the current market, and how a particular home fits into the selling market. Julia is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with an M.B.A. in Business Systems Management; and, Tiffin University with a B.B.A in Business Management. Her education and experience will help you get top dollar for your home. Outside of Real Estate, Julia has many interests including fishing, swimming or racing cars with her husband Jack. They split time living in Port Clinton and Willoughby Hills, Ohio, with their three dogs, Willi, Turbo, and Zoe.
